Shenzen Architecture Biennale

The idea was to present what we have called, the Aqueduct House. It is a concrete frame that works as structural support, able to receive people´s self-constructions in the way Elemental has previously developed. The aqueduct also carries basic services such as water, electricity, gas, and sewage.
Additionally, and with formal ownership being a key consideration in future urbanization processes, it should be the geometrical definition of property lines.
For the Biennale, a concrete aqueduct prototype was constructed using prefab elements, with popular self-built solutions from previous projects projected within the frames as speculative infill.
