At ELEMENTAL, we work in search for answers to relevant urban issues that can contribute to common good, and for which there is little available knowledge. We generate the necessary knowledge through professional practice, undertaking projects with an engaged and qualified team.

We understand that the nature of our practice generates the interest of students and young professionals, who desire to learn from the aforementioned matters. For this reason, we have opened a space for transmission of knowledge, that enables selected individuals to contribute towards the complex issues that we are presented.

The focal point of ELEMENTAL´s internship process is: TRAINING BY DOING.

As is often the case in internship periods, the financing of this training is the responsibility of the trainee. Thus, we call on individuals who would like to come and learn at ELEMENTAL, to ensure a mechanism that will enable the funding of their traineeship. ELEMENTAL contribution is intellectual and professional.
