“La inminente crisis vial en el distrito de negocios apodado “Sanhattan” (Andrés Bello-El Golf) ha desatado una polémica a la par con la congestión vehicular que se avecina. Vecinos, autoridades
ministeriales, municipales, inmobiliarios y planificadores se culpan mutuamente por la falta de previsión al autorizar edificios sin considerar los efectos a escala intercomunal ni las obras de infraestructura necesarias para mitigar sus impactos, mientras el parque automotriz sigue en aumento junto a los metros cuadrados de oficinas y estacionamientos que generan más demanda
de viajes.

The present parking that is connected by a flying pedestrian bridge to the El Bosque neighborhood.
The underground parking and its pedestrian bridge not only would help to mitigate vehicular congestion in the El Golf neighborhood, but also could become a new urban landmark for the capital.
